Our mission
At Inspire Dance Co, we are dedicated to empowering girls ages 6-14 through the art of dance. We build confidence, discipline, and strong skills, helping each dancer discover her inner strength and realize she can achieve anything.
Our programs
We offer a diverse range of dance training tailored to various age groups and skill levels. Our programs are designed to provide effective and practical solutions for skill development, artistic expression, and personal growth.
Ballet fundamentals

About Inspire Dance Company
Inspire Dance Co was founded by Lakidia S. (right) A certified dance teacher and educational administrator on the belief that dance is more than just steps; it's a powerful tool for building confidence, discipline and character.
With the help of Assistant Coach Tarr (left) This is accomplished by Teaching and choreographing a wide variety of dance styles from ballet, lyrical, jazz, majorette, hip-hop, spirit, & more it is a statement to all young dancers not to limit themselves to just one genre or thing!
Both native Southsiders', it was only fitting that IDC be born and located on the southside Chicago, Illinois. A new business committed to providing a supportive and engaging environment where every girl can thrive, develop new skills, and truly shine.

This dancer loves to move! From cartwheels, back handsprings, to handstands she is always finding a way to incorporate stunting into her dance moves!

Newest member of the team, shines bright with the help of her teammates and learns the lyrics to every song automatically.

Our youngest dancer on the team, she is a serious stunter and brings insane energy to every practice and performance, and is the biggest, little boss on the floor!

Our lightest dancer always willing to fly high be lifted up, and bring a certain amount of sass to our hip-hop performances!

Undoubtedly the spirit of our team, this young dancer shows a discipline well beyond her years and keeps everyone laughing and remembering that dance is fun!
